Weekly Creative Devotional
Opening Prayer
Heavenly Father, we gather before you with hearts filled with gratitude for your promises of provision and blessings. As we delve into this devotional inspired by the words of the prophet Malachi, help us grow in our trust in your faithfulness to provide for our needs. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
READING
Malachi 3:10
Bring the full tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house. And thereby put me to the test, says the Lord of hosts, if I will not open the windows of heaven for you and pour down for you a blessing until there is no more need.
REFLECTION
Reflect on the verse from Malachi 3:10. Contemplate the call to bring our tithes to God and the promise of His blessings when we trust in His provision. Consider moments in your life when you experienced God’s abundant provision through faithful giving and obedience.MEMORIZING THE VERSE
Write down the verse, Malachi 3:10, and commit it to memory. Let it serve as a reminder of the blessings that come from trusting God with our tithes and resources.CREATING AND MEDITATING
In this part of the devotional, you have the option to choose between two creative activities:- Generosity Project: Identify a way in which you can be generous to someone in need or to a charitable organization. As you carry out this act of kindness, meditate on the blessings of giving and trusting God’s provision.
- Gratitude Journal: Start a journal where you record instances of God’s provision and blessings in your life. Express gratitude for His faithfulness in meeting your needs.
TAKING ACTION AND APPLYING
Consider practical ways to apply the lessons from Malachi:- Faithful Tithing: Commit to faithful tithing by bringing the full tithe into God’s house, trusting in His promise to provide for your needs.
- Financial Stewardship: Reflect on your financial stewardship. Are there areas where you can improve your handling of resources and be more generous to God’s work and those in need?
- Prayer of Dedication: Dedicate your finances to God in prayer, asking for wisdom in managing them and for opportunities to be a blessing to others.
- Community Support: Encourage fellow believers to embrace the principles of faithful giving and trusting in God’s provision.
Hymn
Give of Your Best to the Master
1.
Give of your best to the Master; Give of the strength of your youth; Throw your soul’s fresh, glowing ardor Into the battle for truth. Jesus has set the example, Dauntless was He, young and brave; Give Him your loyal devotion; Give Him the best that you have.
Refrain: Give of your best to the Master; Give of the strength of your youth; Clad in salvation’s full armor, Join in the battle for truth.
2.
Give of your best to the Master; Give Him first place in your heart; Give Him first place in your service; Consecrate every part. Give, and to you will be given; God His beloved Son gave; Gratefully seeking to serve Him, Give Him the best that you have.
Refrain: Give of your best to the Master; Give of the strength of your youth; Clad in salvation’s full armor, Join in the battle for truth.
3.
Give of your best to the Master; Naught else is worthy His love; He gave Himself for your ransom, Gave up His glory above. Laid down His life without murmur, You from sin’s ruin to save; Give Him your heart’s adoration; Give Him the best that you have.
Refrain: Give of your best to the Master; Give of the strength of your youth; Clad in salvation’s full armor, Join in the battle for truth.

ABOUT OUR MINISTRY
We are a non-denominational Bible-believing Christian Ministry trained and equipped at the Christian Leaders Institute and Axx Bible College. Even though our Ministry is based on God's Word, the Bible, you need to approach our teachings like the Bereans and always study the Bible yourself to see if what we teach is aligned with what is written in the Bible.
Now the Berean Jews were of more noble character than those in Thessalonica, for they received the message with great eagerness and examined the Scriptures every day to see if what Paul said was true. Acts 17:11 NIV
We are only humans who 'stumble in many ways' (James 3:2) and we only 'know in part and we prophesy in part' (1 Corinthians 13:9).
