3. Refund Policy

Digital Products and Downloadable Resources – General Policy

All sales of digital products and downloadable resources — including PDFs, devotionals, Bible studies, worksheets, printables, templates, guides, activity books, and similar materials — are final and non-refundable once the file has been delivered or made available for download. Due to the nature of digital goods, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds after delivery. EU / EEA Customers: Under EU consumer law, you may have a right of withdrawal for digital content within 14 days of purchase. However, by completing your purchase and accessing or downloading the digital content, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you forfeit your right of withdrawal from that point forward, where this is disclosed at the point of purchase.

Exceptions

We may consider a refund or replacement in the following situations:

• The file you received is corrupted, incomplete, or unreadable and we are unable to provide a working replacement
• You were charged more than once for the same product due to a technical error
• The product or resource you received is materially different from what was described on the sales page

Physical Products

If physical products are offered through third-party print-on-demand or marketplace services, returns and refunds are subject to the policies of the specific platform or seller through which the order was placed.

Affiliate Purchases

If you purchase a third-party product or service through an affiliate link on this Site, the refund policy of the third-party seller applies. We do not control and are not responsible for refunds or disputes related to purchases made on external platforms.
